About the Role

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Manager to oversee business operations, drive business development, manage client relationships, and support the successful delivery of consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure effective execution of management priorities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate consulting projects, timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
• Monitor business performance, revenue, project profitability, and key KPIs.
• Coordinate teams, promote accountability, and support employee performance.
• Prepare business reports, proposals, presentations, and management updates.
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical process improvements.

Key Requirements

• Experience in consulting or professional services is an advantage.
• Strong business development, client management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
