Job Summary

• We are seeking a Business Manager to lead daily operations, support team efficiency, and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Plan and implement staff training and development programs
• Manage invoicing, follow up on payments, and track accounts receivable
• Supervise expense tracking, payroll, and basic financial reporting
• Ensure production timelines and quality standards are consistently met
• Assist with marketing efforts and maintain strong customer relationships

Key Requirements

• Proven leadership and team coordination abilities
• Strong understanding of business operations and workflows
• Prior experience in the printing or production industry is an added advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic accounting software/tools.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
