    Business Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are recruiting for experienced Business Managers who have experience in Book Publishing, handling and coordination, Sales or Marketing.
    • Job responsibilities include but not limited to overseeing daily operations, developing strategies for growth and coordinating the activities of marketing teams to achieve overall business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • To drive awareness, adoption, and sales of educational textbooks and supplementary materials by connecting with educators and institutions, ensuring alignment with curriculum goals.
    • Develop and implement business plans, set goals, identify growth opportunities, and analyze market trends.
    • Oversee daily activities, optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and manage resources.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners; handling issues.
    • Analyze data, report on metrics, and evaluate performance against objectives.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications

    • Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Public Administration with relevant experience
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Financial acumen and analytical skills
    • Proficiency with business management software
    • Understanding of industry trends and regulations
