Role Summary:

• The Business Manager will be responsible for establishing structure, overseeing operations, and driving performance across multiple business divisions. This role requires a strong operations-focused professional who can bring order, accountability, and strategic coordination to a complex, multi-sector organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across business units
• Design and implement operational structures, systems, and processes
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
• Set performance targets and ensure accountability across teams
• Drive efficiency, productivity, and organizational discipline
• Work closely with leadership to execute strategic initiatives
• Establish reporting frameworks and performance tracking systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar senior operations role
• Strong background in managing multi-sector or complex organizations
• Demonstrated ability to build structure and implement systems from scratch
• Solid financial management and business planning skills
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ relevant experience
• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
