Role Description

• The Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, including managing client projects, coordinating consulting and training engagements, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of services. The Business Manager will develop and implement business strategies, monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and support business development initiatives. They will lead and motivate teams, streamline workflows, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. The role also involves preparing reports for leadership, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement.

• Candidates should possess skills in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and professional communication.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills, including data interpretation, financial analysis, and performance monitoring.

• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field are beneficial.
• Prior experience in business management, consulting, or professional services within a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
• Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, results-focused mindset are important.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian business environment, especially within Lagos, and proficiency with standard business productivity tools are beneficial.
