Business Management Consultant at NCDF Group Plc - Nigerian Capital Development Fund

• As a Business Management Consultant, you will collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals on a variety of projects, advising companies on best practices and providing actionable recommendations to help them achieve their strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Work with clients to analyze their strategy, structure, management, and operations, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting actionable recommendations.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research and data analysis to understand the organization’s needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interview employees, management, and other stakeholders to gather insights, facilitate workshops, and run focus groups.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of recommendations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Lead and manage teams, including analysts, to achieve project goals.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of progress and assisting them in making key decisions.
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare detailed business proposals, reports, business plans, pitch decks, business tenderings, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, discover new opportunities for business expansion, and find innovative solutions to keep companies competitive.
