About the Role

• Our client is seeking a results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to drive property sales, expand the realtor network, and convert leads into high-value transactions.
• The ideal candidate is ambitious, persuasive, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve a minimum of ₦10m monthly sales target.
• Onboard at least 100 active realtor partners monthly to expand market reach.
• Drive sales growth with a 15–20% lead-to-sale conversion rate.
• Conduct a minimum of 4 property inspections weekly with potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and realtors.
• Execute innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or business development.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
