    Business Development / Project Manager

    Job Summary

    • We’re looking for a Business Development / Project Manager — a strategic thinker, relationship builder, and execution powerhouse — to help us grow our portfolio and drive projects that make impact happen.

    The Opportunity

    • You’ll sit at the heart of innovation — shaping products, managing teams, and driving business growth.
    • This isn’t a routine “desk job”; it’s a leadership role for someone ready to turn bold ideas into results.

    Your Key Responsibilities
    Business Growth & Partnerships:

    • Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships, clients, and funding opportunities.
    • Prepare winning proposals, decks, and concept notes for new projects.
    • Conduct market intelligence to guide business strategy and expansion.
    • Manage key client and partner relationships with a focus on value and retention.

    Product & Project Leadership:

    • Lead digital product development from idea to launch.
    • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (tech, design, marketing) to deliver on scope, budget, and time.
    • Track progress, manage risks, and communicate milestones effectively.
    • Continuously refine product offerings based on feedback and market data.

    Team Coordination & Operations:

    • Drive alignment and collaboration across teams.
    • Build a results-driven culture of accountability and innovation.
    • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and internal communication.

    Finance & Bookkeeping:

    • Maintain accurate records of project budgets, expenses, and ROI.
    • Support management in preparing financial and performance reports.

    What You’ll Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
    • 3–5 years of experience in business development, product/project management, or innovation.
    • Proven success in developing and managing client or partner relationships.
    • Experience leading digital or tech-enabled projects.
    • Proficiency in tools like Trello, Notion, Google Workspace, or CRMs.
    • Strong analytical, presentation, and organizational skills.
    • Financial literacy and bookkeeping familiarity.
