Business Development Officer (Telecom Industry Only) at Swift Networks

Role Overview

• As a Mid-Level Business Development Officer, you will identify and win new business opportunities, develop tailored proposals and commercial agreements, and work closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused telecom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new telecom clients, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
• Develop persuasive proposals and negotiate contracts for telecom services and solutions.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify customer needs and growth areas.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to design and launch targeted sales campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM and report on pipeline progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc. in Business Administration (Second Class Upper).
• 3–5 years’ experience in business development within the telecom sector.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-relationship skills.
• Good understanding of telecom products, services, and market dynamics.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must reside in Lagos. Only Lagos-based candidates will be considered.
