    Business Development Officer

    Requirements:

    • BSc in Business, Engineering, or Economics (MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred)
    • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
    • Strong understanding of market analysis, tendering processes, and contract negotiation.
    • Ability to track sales activities, support proposals, and contribute to revenue growth
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and sectors with growth opportunities.
    • Generate, qualify, and manage leads through direct outreach, networking, and referral channels.
    • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through consistent service delivery.
    • Work closely with marketing, operations, and project teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
