Business Development Officer (SME Lending) at TrustBanc Group

Location: Apo, Abuja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and generate leads from prospective SME customers.
• Engage prospective customers and promote SME loan products.
• Support customer onboarding and collect required loan documentation.
• Follow up on leads, loan applications, and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support the Business Development team in achieving lending targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
