They are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Officer to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on car and solar accessories.
This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies for business growth.
Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies, identify and target potential clients, generate leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, provide exceptional customer service, address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team for materials and campaigns, participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the store's products, utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights into sales performance and market trends., set sales targets and track progress towards achieving them.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest car and solar accessories, including product features, benefits, and pricing, educate clients on product options and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the car or solar accessories industry.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences in the car and solar accessories market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
