Business Development Officer at Leap Microfinance

Key Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Business Development Officer to join our team.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Acquire and onboard new customers
• Promote the company's financial products and services
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned business development and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business opportunites.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Development, Sale, Marketing or a related role
• Previous experience working in a bank or financial institution is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, customer acquisition, and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
• Must be target driven, proactive, and customer focused.
