Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. (Experience in Human Resource, recruitment &consultancy is a plus)
• At least 2 years proven work experience in a similar role.
• Business development and marketing skills
• Conducting market research to determine prospects
• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong understanding of business requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
