Main Duties
Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities within the healthcare sector to facilitate organizational growth.

Conducting comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics, and preparing detailed reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Analyzing the feasibility and profitability of potential new service lines, specialty programs, and expansion initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), care managers, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance business development efforts.
Preparing persuasive business proposals and presentations that highlight the organization's competitive advantages and value proposition.
Developing targeted marketing strategies focused on patient acquisition, retention, and service line growth to maximize market penetration.
Creating promotional content, including brochures and advertisements, while ensuring consistent branding across all marketing channels to reinforce brand identity.
Leading digital marketing initiatives, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media campaigns, and online advertising, to enhance online visibility and engagement.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in healthcare sector.
