    Business Development Officer

    Location: Lekki and Abijo

     

    Job Summary  

    We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented business development Officer to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies that will increase the company’s brand and sales. The officer responsibilities include improving existing sales proposals, generating leads within the assigned territory, negotiating business deals and able to make sound decisions that will benefit the company. Ultimately, he/she should have strong business acumen as well as demonstrate excellent management, communication, and analytical skills.

    He/she will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

    • Minimum Qualification: Degree
    • Experience Level: Mid level
    • Experience Length: 2 years (Clinic Experience in an added advantage)

    Job Description

    • Analyzing the current customer base and portfolios to identify potential sales opportunities.
    • Staying up to date on company best practices, policies, services, pricing, and promotions.
    • Developing marketing and sales plan which details activities that will focus on meeting the set goals and objectives. 
    • Developing a growth strategy focused both on generating lead and providing customer satisfaction.
    • Arranging business meetings and pitch company services to prospective clients.
    • Promoting the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
    • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers whilst providing trustworthy feedback and after-service support.
    • Increasing overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship.

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of B.Sc. in any related discipline with not less than 2years related work experience.
    • Experience in marketing services with verifiable results and sales closing skills.
    • Proven experience in identifying target Clients.
    • Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
    • Good at setting up meetings with Prospects, pitch and identify prospects’ needs/pain point. 
    • Excellent presentation skills and communication skill.
