    Business Development Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Developer to join our dynamic team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the financial industry, particularly in loans and investment products.
    • You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, driving growth, and establishing strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies to grow the company in loans, investment, and other financial services.
    • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Abuja market and beyond.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure long-term business success.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the financial industry.
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry regulations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial solutions that meet client needs.
    • Track business development progress, report results, and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry and other financial organizations with a focus on loans and investment products.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends.
    • Strong track record of achieving business development targets and driving sales growth in the financial sector.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage high-value client accounts.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet objectives.
    • Proven experience in market research and competitive analysis.
    • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards within the banking and financial services industry.
    • Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate.
