Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sector.
• Developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Generating leads through networking, research, and strategic outreach.
• Building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Creating and delivering persuasive business presentations and proposals.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction, or real estate sectors.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and identify new market opportunities.
• Self-driven with a passion for achieving results and closing deals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
