Drive revenue growth and market expansion by identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for the organisation.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets and revenue streams.
Develop and manage relationships with corporates, HMOs, insurers and institutional clients.
Negotiate and close partnership and service agreements.
Develop business proposals, pitches and bids; respond to RFPs and tenders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategy.
Develop and execute business development plans and pipelines with clear targets.
Manage key accounts and ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to develop service offerings and packages.
Track and report on pipeline, conversion and revenue performance.
Represent the organisation at industry events and stakeholder forums.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable; postgraduate qualification an advantage.
Minimum of 4–6 years in business development, sales or client-facing roles. Experience in healthcare, HMO or services environments, and a record of meeting business-development or sales targets, is an advantage.
