Business Development Officer at Chanelle Microfinance Bank

• We are currently recruiting committed Business Development Officer to providing top-tier investment solutions and wealth management services. Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving client acquisition to support the company’s financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct presentations ,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for business expansion and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other business documents.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to the management team.

Qualifications:

• HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
