Job Description

• As a Business Development Officer, you’ll be the engine behind our growth.
• You’ll help identify new opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive the expansion of BROOT’s footprint across sectors and regions.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Track and respond to RFPs, EOIs, and proposal requests.
• Conduct market and competitive research to guide growth strategies.
• Develop pitch decks and marketing collateral for client outreach.
• Maintain client relationships and support key account management.

What We’re Looking For

• A Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 year work experience.
• Strong communication, networking, and proposal writing skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Understanding of consulting, professional services, or development sectors.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
