    Business Development Officer (BDO)

    Position- Business Development Officer (BDO)

    Job Nature - Remote (with Supervision) and versatile on the field.

    Location: Northern Territory: – including Kano, Kaduna, Jigawa, Katsina, Bauchi, Gombe, Taraba, Adamawa, Borno, Yobe, Kebbi, Zamfara and Sokoto.

    Role Summary of BDO

    The BDO reports to Territory Business Manager, North with the primary objective of collating data of qualified leads for Company’s ICT Education/Training services; as well as ensuring Sales conversion.

    A. Key Accountabilities

    • Achieve minimum daily leads generation.
    • Sales canvassing.
    • Converting leads in a short cycle

    B. Skills and Competencies

    • Personal Qualities- A passion for selling, business result-centric, versatile, and emotionally intelligent person.
    • ICT Skills- At least intermediate Skills in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Internet usage & Social Media (Must have active LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook accounts).
    • Communication- Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of assigned areas.

    C. Qualifications and Experience

    • Education- Minimum of OND in any discipline.
    • Experience- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales canvassing.

    D. Remuneration- Competitive, plus Commission.
