• Develop and implement a Go-to-Market strategy
• Identify and pursue high-value project opportunities
• Build pipelines in public and private sectors
• Lead bid strategy and proposal submissions
• Forge relationships with strategic partners and agencies
• Reposition Cozym's brand with professional marketing
• Collaborate on digital presence improvement
• Represent Cozym at events and forums
• Provide business intelligence on market trends
• Shape new service offerings with technical teams

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years in business development, sales, or marketing within engineering, oil & gas, energy, or EPC sectors
• Proven record in winning B2B/government contracts

Education:

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field
