Business Development Manager at Workflow HR Consulting

Our client is TIQWA -Travel Wahala and Tours Limited. They are building a revolutionary technology for the Travel Industry and are looking for an outgoing, smart, creative and passionate Sales Guru who is excited about the Travel space and has a million ideas on how to sell their Tech Travel solution to prospective clients. As Business Development Manager, he/she will be responsible for;

• Finding and signing up Travel Agents and Businesses with heavy travel needs and in need of a seamless travel solution for their travel business.
• Designing and executing out of the box marketing campaigns for the team
• Researching Organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current Travel Agents & businesses while attracting new ones.
• Introducing TIQWA's travel solution to Fintech companies as a value add to their client base and as an additional revenue channel for their business.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Designing online strategies to drive visibility and sales.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Managing and retaining clients

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in tech sales, marketing or related field.
• Experience with creating social media strategy.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
