Job description

• The chief mission of the business development manager is to drive the company's SME Loans across the branches. craft and continuously Fine tune our product management process, develop new products and and generate new business opportunities.
• He/she will prepare regular reports on business development, pipeline status and performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's or HND Degree
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Development Manager/ Officer, Head of Sales/Credit or Business Manager in a Microfinance Bank or related industries
• Deep understanding of the SME Market, including opportunities and challenges within specific industries
• Proven ability to manage a high Portfolio and lead a d diverse team
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
