    Introduction

    • RETECH provides project management, engineering, training, procurement, installation, and commissioning services to the Oil and Gas sector in Nigeria. RETECH also provides asset management software solutions across various industries and ICT training solutions to public secondary schools in Nigeria.

    Our Services
    Project Management:

    • Project management of EPC projects in the oil and gas sector including preparation of project execution plans, interface management services, document management services, quality, and HSE management services.
    • We also provide contract and procurement services including preparation of terms and conditions, contract negotiation, and contract management services.

    Engineering and Software:

    • Controls and Instrumentation Engineering.
    • Geotechnical Engineering.
    • Structural Engineering.
    • Process Engineering.
    • Piping Engineering.
    • Sales of proprietary software for asset and integrity management to companies across various sectors including oil, gas, and power sectors

    Training:

    • Geotechnical Engineering.
    • Controls and Instrumentation.
    • Structural Engineering.
    • ICT training to public secondary schools in Nigeria. Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning.

    Overall Objective of the Job

    • To support the growth aspirations of RETECH by working with the Managing Director to develop.
    • Create and manage the opportunity spreadsheet ensuring all actions required to win an opportunity are adequately closed out and key relationships developed and maintained.
    • To achieve a full understanding of the business trends and stay in touch with, as well as develop close working relationships with key contact persons within the company’s field of specialization.
    • To work with the Managing Director to develop new partnerships with foreign companies wanting to bring their business to Nigeria.
    • To attain and demonstrate strong product/service knowledge to effectively communicate and show initiative during client interaction.

    Main Responsibilities and Duties

    • Engage in active market research to identify new business opportunities for RETECH.
    • Fully participate in industry-related conferences and client forums as a company representative.
    • Prepare and execute relevant presentations to new and existing clients.
    • Prepare and issue minutes of business development meetings with new and existing clients.
    • Develop and maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge about business practices and industry trends.
    • Maintaining an all-inclusive client database system to serve as a guide for follow-up and other relationship management activities for existing and new clients.
    • Engage in the development of quarterly or annual marketing budget development and tracking budget-related expenses.
    • Coordinate with related functions within the company to ensure timeliness and accuracy in dealing with client (potential or existing) related transactions.
    • Develop and recommend innovative strategies for client retention.
    • Ensure compilation and timely delivery of progress report to the management team as appropriate.

    Required Experience and Skills

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • Minimum of 4 years in Business Development related activities preferably in the oil and gas sector.
    • Subsea Engineering and IT background and knowledge would be an added advantage.
    • Must have or be working towards a professional qualification.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Communication skills.

    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Presentation skills
    • Negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivation and drive.
