As the Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence within the pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Develop and implement sales and market expansion strategies to drive revenue growth
Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in business development within the Health or Pharmaceutical industry
Strong network within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical distribution ecosystem
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
