    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • As the Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence within the pharmaceutical and healthcare market.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
    • Develop and implement sales and market expansion strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in business development within the Health or Pharmaceutical industry
    • Strong network within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical distribution ecosystem
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
