Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic expansion efforts in our organization. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategies to increase revenue, and driving operational efficiency to support business objectives. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion.
• Lead contract negotiations and work closely with legal and finance teams to close deals.
• Develop sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials to support business pitches.

• Create and monitor performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the success of development initiatives.

• Provide ongoing analysis and reporting on business development activities to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; 
• Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Demonstrable success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
