Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers within logistics, express delivery, and e-commerce.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build tailored logistics solutions in collaboration with Operations.
- Track sales performance, manage pipelines, and report using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- 4–7 years’ experience in sales or business development within logistics, courier, express delivery, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, last-mile delivery, and B2B sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Existing industry customer network is a plus.
