    Business Development Manager

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across multiple industries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in line with SIAO Partners’ strategic objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions for client needs.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
    • Track market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting.
    • Strong understanding of corporate advisory, consulting services, or financial services.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
