Business Development Manager at Rovedana

Job Location: (Ikeja, Lagos/ Wuse, Abuja FCT)

Salary: #200,000 + Bonus (Negotiable)

Job Description: We are looking for two experienced and ambitious Business Development Managers to join our Client team and these BDMs must have strong leadership and sales skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients

• Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales

• Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods

• Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals

• Contacting potential customers to develop relationships and sales

• Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses

• Hiring, training and managing junior sales people

Job Requirements:

• HND, BSc or Master Degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years proven sales, marketing or business development experience in a related product or service

• Expert understanding of service and product, and ability to innovate new ways the product can serve customers

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
