    Business Development Manager (Retail / SME / Corporate)

    Job Description

    • Our client seeks to employ the services of a Business Development Manager
    • This role is responsible for the management and further development of existing accounts as the development of new business opportunities.

    Responsibilities
    In more specific terms, the Business Development Managerwill perform the following functions:

    • Mobilize fixed deposit
    • Able to give loans to businesses
    • Ability to start from the scratch with no existing clients
    • Ability to hit a target of 100m per month
    • Liability generation/deposit mobilization.
    • Identifying potential customers and business development
    • Relationship management.

    Working Relationships:
    Within the Office:

    • All Departments and Management.

    Outside the Office:

    • Customers, Regulators etc.

    Authority:

    • The role holder will have the necessary authority required to carry out their responsibilities.

    Professional & Academic Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Marketing, or related discipline from any recognized institution
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a Commercial Bank or Finance Company
    • Must not be more than 28 years of age
    • Must be Lagos Based.
