Business Development Manager at Resource Intermediaries Limited

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new market opportunities for the business
• Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives
• Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization
• Provide leadership to the sales team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Business Developer or a relevant role in sales
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills.
