    Business Development Manager - Real Estate

    Job Description

    • Develop and maintain important client connections, leading to a first-quarter 15% increase in customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Establish and preserve a solid rapport with influential decision-makers.
    • Lead business growth projects, looking into new markets and sources of income within the sector.
    • Work together with marketing departments to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Work together with internal teams and project managers to make sure that projects are delivered successfully.
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and clients, guaranteeing alignment and effective communication.
    • Oversee contract discussions for clients, guaranteeing advantageous conditions for the client and the business.
    • Work together to complete agreements with the finance and legal departments.
    • Remain up-to-date on market developments, rivalry, and new technological advancements.
    • Make use of market intelligence to improve client connections and service offerings.
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and business development strategies.
