Business Development Manager at Poise Nigeria Limited

• We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who is passionate about driving social change. This role will focus on building partnerships and generating resources to support our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for fundraising and resource development.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations for funding opportunities.
• Lead fundraising initiatives and grant proposals.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and to inform development strategies.
• Represent the organization at events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in business development, fundraising, or a nonprofit environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
