    Business Development Manager

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a minimum of five years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating strategic deals, and fostering strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Counsel and mentor business development associates in their day-to-day responsibilities.
    • Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
    • Upselling & Account Expansion: Leverage existing client relationships to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
    • Deal Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close strategic deals to maximize profitability and business impact.
    • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to align business development efforts with company objectives.
    • Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and provide solutions that align with both customer needs and company goals.

    Key Qualifications

    • Experience: Minimum of five years in business development, sales, or a related field.
    • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of closing deals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
    • Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage clients effectively.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them.
    • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to address challenges and propose innovative solutions.
    • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while also working independently to drive business growth.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., JotForm, HubSpot, PowerBI, Tableau) and business development software.
    • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
