    Business Development Manager

    Job Description/Responsibilities

    • Responsible for increasing the number of agents in the region.
    • Identify new business opportunities, growth ideas, customers, partnerships, and new ways to reach & penetrate the existing market.
    • Ability to manage & organize a team of BDE’s to meet and exceed target in our given market.
    • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
    • Manage agents complaints and proffer solutions to it.

    Job Requirement/skills

    • Bachelor's Degree with proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or relevant role.
    • At least 2 years work experience.
    • Be enthusiastic and have excellent relation-building skills.
    • Good communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proven sales track record.
    • Experience in the Fintech or Banking Industry is an added advantage.
