Responsibilities

What You’ll do:

• Manage the entire media house, staff and media equipment
• Develop and execute the company's strategy for enterprise sales and partnerships
• Identify and qualify new enterprise opportunities
• Develop and manage enterprise sales and partnership programs
• Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise customers and partners
• Set and achieve revenue goals for enterprise sales and partnerships
• Oversee the enterprise sales and partnership team
• Track and measure the performance of enterprise sales and partnerships
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for enterprise sales and partnerships.
• Manage the team budget and resources

Requirements

What You’ll need:

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in BDM or Managerial or a related role
• Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and the enterprise sales landscape
• Candidate should have profound knowledge in media space, conversant with media equipment including camera, drone, mic, gimbal, etc.
• Candidate should know how to drive and have a valid drivers' license
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
