Job Summary: 

• The Company is seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager who can effortlessly identify, qualify, nurture, and close sales lead to achieving a defined sales objective.
• This role will be solely responsible for securing new business for the organization, setting goals and developing plans in order to achieve business and revenue growth.
• The ideal candidate should have proven experience in loss adjustment from the insurance sector and a strong business acumen with a proven track record of success in delivering on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
• Determine key business development KPIs
• Build strong relationship with clients, industry professionals and key stakeholders.

Requirements

Key Requirements

• BSC/HND in business administration or any related field
• 3-5+ years cognate experience in the insurance/consulting industry.
• Experience in Loss Adjustment from an Insurance Sector is prerequisite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Ability to leverage digital tools to generate leads or CRM
• Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
• Be proactive, organize and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
