The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and leading business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
• Coordinate and lead the business development team to achieve set targets.
• Generate new business opportunities and grow existing client portfolios.
• Expand the firm’s market share and strengthen brand visibility.
• Gather market intelligence and provide data-driven insights for management decisions.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Meet and exceed business development and revenue targets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance or a related discipline.
• Mandatory experience in insurance brokering and/or agency operations.
• Relevant professional insurance qualification is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achievements in business development or a similar role.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Good networking skills and in-depth knowledge of insurance products.
