1. Development and execution of the right Business Development strategy.
2. Coordinates and leads the business development TEAM.
3. Generation of new businesses.
4. Expansion of existing businesses.
5. Provides intelligence gathering and data for Management analysis.
6. Ability to meet and exceed expectations.
7. Competitors\' analysis.

Job Requirements: 

1. A first degree in Insurance or other related discipline.
2. Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
3. Proven track record of achievements in a similar role.
4. Excellent presentation skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
7. Good networking skills.
