    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • We are a top digital marketing agency who is looking to employ the service of a highly experienced Business Developer who is passionate about the growth of a company and project deliveries; has business management skills, and business intelligence and can grow our business value.

    Responsibilities

    • Generate new leads to create more deals & drive sustainable growth.
    • Research to create missing offices that are necessary for the growth of a digital marketing agency.
    • Develop business plans and propsals that will help the above newly created offices to generate great revenue for the company.
    • Preparing & submitting business proposals, reports and presentations during meetings.
    • Develop and update company policies, business procedures, and templates for the business development team.
    • Assist in the development of templates for all office internal and external documents.
    • Support with clients communications on new business matters, subcontracts and other agreements.
    • Develop and manage growth projects and provide documentation plans and reports.
    • Coordinate all surbodinate staff members to ensure timely project delivery.
    • Identify & facilitate resolution of project issues through root cause analysis to fix underlying challenges.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, Master Degree, MBA or MiM qualification with 2 - 10 years work experience.
