    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand our market presence.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, investors, and industry professionals.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales and marketing materials.
    • Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote our brand and generate leads.
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and finance, to ensure seamless execution of new business initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years experience.
    • Proven track record of success in business development within the real estate industry.
    • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, investment strategies, and industry dynamics.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Exceptional networking abilities and ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
    • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
    • Driven and strategic thinker with a passion for real estate
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional negotiation skills.
