    Business Development Manager

    Direct Report: CEO and Territory Business Manager.
    Job Location: Must be Resident in Jos.

    Role Summary
    Management of Marketing and Sales for HiiT Online Training (HOT) in Jos and environs.

    A. Key Accountabilities:

    (i). Marketing Management Functions:

    • Ability to meet Management’s set Marketing and Sales Objectives.
    • Continuous Market Trends analysis and consequential marketing solutions to meet Sales Objectives.
    • Periodic Performance Measurement and Evaluation Reporting.
    • Other duties as may be assigned in pursuit of Company’s goals and objectives by Management.

    B. Core Competencies & Skills

    • Must possess strong Digital Marketing skills.
    • Must possess Marketing/Sales Analytical Skills.
    • At least intermediate skills in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Good written and verbal communication.
    • Excellent work ethics and Integrity.
    • Creativity and problem-solving Skills.

    C. Experience and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any Social Sciences field with at least 2/2 from an approved Institute.
    • A minimum of 3-year proven experience in Social Media Marketing in corporate environment or at a Marketing/Advertising Agency.
    • A minimum of 3-year proven experience in Services Marketing at a minimum of Unit Manager Level.
    • Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector.


    Remuneration- Very attractive with Performance Bonus opportunity.
    Projected Resumption Date- Not later than 1st 0ctober 2022.
