    Business Development Manager (Health Maintenance Organisation) - HMO

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and corporate sectors
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
    • Drive sales growth and expand the organization’s client base
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans
    • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

    Requirements

    • 8–10 years’ professional experience in business development or sales
    • At least 4 years of experience working with an HMO as a Business Development Manager is compulsory
    • Proven track record of achieving business growth targets
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
    • Ability to work smartly and meet targets
