    Business Development Manager (Health & Compensation Insurance)

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years experience selling health and compensation insurance packages
    • Experience in Business Development, preferably in insurance or banking.
    • Proven record of driving new business and managing cross-selling opportunities.
    • Experience in overseeing pipeline management and sales forecasting.
    • Experienced in high client retention and timely renewals.
    • Strong client management and communication skills.
