    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    Feegor is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and growing medium to large-scale business accounts, fostering key stakeholder relationships, and driving transaction volume and revenue across the platform.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Acquire, onboard, and partner with medium to large-scale businesses, positioning Feegor as a trusted long-term sourcing partner.
    • Drive strategic partnerships with large-scale manufacturers and key stakeholders (e.g. distributors, logistics companies, banks, government agencies, hotels, and foundations) to support business and platform growth.
    • Lead expansion into new markets and regions, identifying opportunities and executing market entry strategies.
    • Own and grow assigned partner accounts to drive activation, repeat transactions, retention, and GMV/revenue targets.
    • Collaborate and support cross-functionally with the Operations, Sales and other relevant teams to ensure seamless onboarding, fast first transactions, and effective execution of commercial initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports while supporting the CEO on strategic business initiatives as may be required.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, or a related commercial role.
    • Proven track record of acquiring and managing medium to large-scale business accounts.
    • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Experience developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
    • Experience within e-commerce, wholesale distribution, supply chain, procurement, or B2B marketplaces will be an added advantage.
