Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across relevant industries
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client training and workforce development needs
• Recommend and position appropriate technical training solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver client-focused programs
• Develop proposals and presentations for corporate engagements
• Monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc in Business Administration, Engineering, Sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, client engagement, or consulting within a service-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
• Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach
• MBA or MSc is an added advantage
