As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients, management of key accounts, and development of strategic partnerships.
You will identify sales opportunities, prepare commercial proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with internal teams.

Prospect, generate, and close new business opportunities across assigned regions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized customer solutions
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
B.Sc. / HND in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in elevator, real estate, construction, or equipment sales
Proven track record in business development and deal closure
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently across regions.
