Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities into long-term clients.
• Generate high-quality leads through networking, research, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Meet agreed revenue, sales, and business development targets.
• Prepare periodic reports on business development activities, pipeline, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and close business deals.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
